WARM Vinyasa Flow combines the alignment and breathwork of Hatha yoga with the sequenced flowing movements of Vinyasa within a 80-85 degree environment. The flowing poses with synchronized breath and the addition of heat encourages sweating, deepens stretches, and promotes blood circulation.
