Ballet inspired barre workout using an individual portable barre and classical ballet format. This “lite” low impact class incorporates small staccato movements, larger adagio movements, isometric pulse holds, and active stretching. These movements tone muscle groups that tend to be forgotten.

Ideal for those seeking an increase in “Sun” waking up dormant muscle groups, restoring energy, balance, posture, and grace.
