Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation

Restorative yoga techniques using bolsters blocks and straps incorporating relaxed yoga postures. Discussion of meditation techniques, followed by 20-30 minutes of Yoga Nidra in a lying position with guided meditation sound bath tones and aromatherapy.
